New Visions of an Ancient Craft

Artisans in the Huancayo region of Peru have been drawing, carving and burnishing their designs on dried gourd for centuries. Only recently has their craft been incorporated into silver artisan jewelry.

We have selected these pieces with an eye toward choosing only the finest carvings which have then been expertly set in sterling silver.  Many of our pieces highlight charming motifs of birds in trees; some have a more contemporary design.  Whichever you choose will become a fast favorite and is sure to start a conversation among your friends.
